Recent traffic figures on U.S. job board Glassdoor make them one of the top four largest job sites in the U.S.

  • About Glassdoor

Along with over 10 million jobs listed, American job board Glassdoor holds a growing database of 6 million company reviews, CEO approval ratings, salary reports, interview and benefits reviews, office photos and more. Shared by current and former anonymous employees, such information is valuable and relevant to job seekers as they get a more comprehensive overview of companies and their management. In return, employers get better quality candidates since they have clearer expectations regarding the job when applying.

Glassdoor also provides recruiting and employer branding solutions to employers. While 36,000 employers claimed their profile to engage in the Glassdoor community, over 2,000 employers are actual clients including over 34% of the Fortune 500.

This momentum comes as Glassdoor announces two new recruiting solutions: a Self-Serve Job Posting product, and Localized Enhanced Profiles, making it easier for small businesses and global organizations alike to find and hire quality candidates.
