Topjobs is a generalist job board in Sri Lanka and according to SimilarWeb it ranks 28th in the country's most visited websites.
Candidates can filter their searches by sector, government work, NGOs, part-time jobs and most noteworthy, "walk-in interviews".
The application process varies depending on the type of job offer but it is very simple and easy to follow. Job offers are marked green if they come from direct employers registered at Topjobs and candidates will have to register in order to send their applications. While advertised job offers are displayed in yellow and feature the recruiter's contact details.
Recruiters will have to open an account in order to post any job offers
The homepage displays a list of the 100 most recent job offers all in one place
Design of the website is not very modern. A lot of content and ad banners appear on the homepage, making it a bit overwhelming
