Job board (or media partner) is defined as a website or a media dedicated entirely or partially to recruitment which has created a profile on Jobboard Finder.
User is defined as a natural or legal person who has signed up for free an account on Jobboard Finder (recruiter or jobseeker) which enables her/him to access all the information made available by Jobboard Finder.
Visitor is defined as a natural or legal person who uses Jobboard Finder without prior registration which enables her/him to access a limited number of services and information.
Jobboard Finder, powered by Aktor Interactive, was created for users (recruiters and jobseekers) to easily identify the online recruitment media that correspond to their needs in terms of recruitment and/or benchmarking for a given geographical area. In addition, Jobboard Finder offers a full service for recruiters. They can use our recruitment media market place to select job boards, write job offers and pay online. The request is then sent to our customer service which will post the job adverts on the selected media.
Consequently, Jobboard Finder does only rank or rate the job boards on objective criteria. Jobboard Finder can publish comment or opinion on a job board. In that case, it will be quoted as "JBF opinion".

Job boards are to give accurate data, and update it on a regular basis (at least once a year).

Jobboard Finder validates the data that job boards provide before putting this content online. We might refuse to put a job board profile on Jobboard Finder, if the information provided is not accurate and no compromise has been found.
Any update or modification of the job boards’ data has to be validated by our team to be published.
Jobboard Finder is allowed to publish data provided by external source such as any certification authorities or any web analytics tool such as SimilarWeb. In that case, the source of the figures published will be highlighted.

We reserve the right to deny the registration of the companies, which do not conform to the above-mentioned requirements.
The right to use the information provided by Jobboard Finder is reserved for the user. As a result they commit themselves not to communicate their login or password to Jobboard Finder to third parties for a charge or free of charge. In order to preserve security of the stored data, Jobboard Finder reserves the right to verify the customers’ IP addresses and to request clarification in case of an important number of connections from different places. If the user provides no answer, Jobboard Finder may suspend access to the Jobboard Finder’s services until the provision of satisfactory information.
The participation of online recruitment media to be featured on Jobboard Finder is completely free. As partners, job boards will be able to access their own profiles and the entire encyclopedia.
Job boards have the possibility to highlight their profiles by using the "Top Position" product provided by Jobboard Finder. All companies related with the Human Resources sector can also advertise on Jobboard Finder home page. Advertising products are charged. Prices and duration can be found in our media kit
Jobboard Finder shall not be held liable if the expectations of the job board/company are not meet. The job board/company won’t be able to ask for any compensation of any kind.
You may not use POST A JOB on JobBoard Finder to post jobs in a manner that does not comply with applicable local, national and international laws, including but not limited to laws relating to labor and employment, equal employment opportunity and employment eligibility requirements, data privacy, data access and use, and intellectual property.
Users' accounts on Jobboard Finder and the access accordingly allowed to our database will last for an unlimited period of time.
When you place an order on the Jobboard Finder’s recruitment media market place, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order. This email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. The Jobboard Finder premium offer is a solution offered to users with a Recruiter profile. All users who are signed up as recruiters can subscribe to this premium offer for a fee starting at 6,90€ without tax up to 199,90€, to be paid by credit card. If the payment is accepted, the “customer” user will be given access, according to which offer is chosen, directly into their account and will be able to benefit from the Premium features.
Jobboard Finder has a no refund policy. However, if there is a technical problem during the transaction and you have noticed mistakes with the payment, we are committed to refunding you the whole amount as soon as possible, after verification from our technical team, in order to prevent any form of potential fraud.
The registration to Jobboard Finder gives access to a strictly personal account. The account is not to be shared with any other company or person.
