The news came after a national survey of 4,000 job seekers and HR professionals conducted by Beyond<\/a> that found 75% of HR respondents are having trouble filling open positions because too many candidates are unqualified<\/strong>. The survey also found that 69% of HR professionals evaluate an applicant\u2019s resume for technical skills first<\/strong>. With the addition of online courses, Beyond intends to help job seekers expand skill sets.<\/p>\n
