The person you hire will be responsible for a set of tasks that require certain skills. Addressing these skills in the recruitment message right away will help you target the right candidate.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Mention the preferred experience<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.
