The company won the award for “Best New Startup of 2013” and has millions of new users throughout the world every day \u2013 although they won\u2019t disclose exact figures. Now you\u2019re asking, what does a dating app have to do with the online recruitment industry? In practice, it means you can flip through a series of profiles located around you.<\/strong>\u00a0Swipe right if you\u2019re interested, left if you\u2019re not. If the other person swipes right too, then it\u2019s a match. The two of you can start messaging each other through the app and then eventually meet in person. But if the other person doesn\u2019t, well I\u2019m sorry to say, nothing happens.<\/p>\n
