The best way to avoid that is by telling the truth.<\/li>\n<li>Highlight your strengths. A recruiter will want to see what makes you better than the other candidates. What can you offer than the others can\u2019t? What makes you unique?<\/li>\n<li>Don\u2019t write too much. Around 150 words, 3 to 4 lines is best.
