We recently interviewed Lars Eriksson, owner and CEO of HR North Sweden AB. The company markets online and print job advertisements and is one of the major players in the Swedish market with big customers in Norway and Denmark.<\/em><\/p>\n

Based in Stockholm, Sweden, HR North<\/a> was founded in 2004 and now has a leading position in 5 areas: engineers, IT, leaders, bank and finance and universities.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe focus primarily on building specialist job boards together with the strong media partners\u201d, says CEO Lars Eriksson. Indeed, their long relationships with the strongest media partners in Sweden help them deliver relevant traffic depending on their customer\u2019s needs. \u201cOur websites are growing at a fast pace and we have a larger market share than ever before\u201d, he explains.<\/p>\n

Identifying customer needs is key to building products that give good results over the years: \u201cwe believe the market wants niche products so that\u2019s what we put our effort into building\u201d. With new competitors entering the market, candidates have many options to choose from. But it also has its upsides: \u201chard competition makes good products\u201d, points out Lars Eriksson.<\/p>\n
