Can you tell us more about your job board and its current positioning in the international job board market?<\/h2>\n

We are a new job portal and currently focused on building out our job platform for the Indonesia market<\/strong>, our home market. We aim to be disruptive e-recruitment technology<\/strong> that competes heavily with the traditional and well established job boards in SE Asia<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

At this time we are only available for use in Indonesia<\/strong> but have plans to expand<\/strong> regionally across SE Asia<\/strong> in the near term.<\/p>\n

What are the specific features that make your job board different from your competitors?<\/h2>\n

We are the 1st<\/sup> Digital Recruiter<\/strong> and act as a Headhunter for our employer clients<\/strong>. The business<\/strong> has been built<\/strong> by a leading executive recruitment<\/strong> consultant who understands the problems faced by both employers and job seekers with traditional job boards.<\/p>\n

We are also the 1st<\/sup> e-recruitment tool<\/strong> that can be used for absolutely any type of hiring \/ job<\/strong>. So we can cater to the needs of any type of employer and also job seeker.<\/p>\n

Using our highly complex big data algorithm \u2013 called DRIve<\/strong> \u2013 we instantly connect Employers to the right job seekers<\/strong> for their job based on the employers specific job requirements. If a \u201cMatched\u201d job seeker is \u201cInterested\u201d in the employers job we automatically send the job seeker’s Digital CV straight to the employer<\/strong> – for free<\/strong>. If the employer<\/strong> wishes to contact a job seeker<\/strong> they just have to pay a very small fee. So payment is only on success.<\/p>\n

Listing a job is totally free, so is reviewing Digital CV\u2019s of job seeker applicants.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

We provide job seekers<\/strong> with instant access to the best jobs<\/strong>, based on their personal background, education, experience and skills. With no job search effort needed<\/strong>, every time an employer lists a job requiring someone with their profile of job seeker, we instantly send the job seeker a \u201cJob Match Notification\u201d<\/strong> straight to their mobile phone \u2013 anytime and anywhere<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

So with absolutely no job search effort needed, job seekers are kept informed<\/strong> of interesting and exciting opportunities<\/strong> where employers are looking for someone just like them.<\/p>\n

What can you say about the current traffic on your website? What countries are visiting more often?<\/h2>\n

Our traffic is currently 100%<\/strong> focused on Indonesia<\/strong>,\u00a0both employers and job seekers located in Indonesia<\/span><\/p>\n

How do you plan to develop your job board within the next few years? Any new projects?<\/h2>\n

We have many exciting ideas to make\u00a0YesJob <\/span>SE Asia\u2019s number 1 e-recruitment platform<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

As I say we aim to be truly disruptive technology<\/strong>!<\/p>\n

What are the main challenges you will be facing in the coming years?<\/h2>\n
