On the other hand, Skype<\/strong> represents a cost-effective<\/strong> solution<\/strong> for recruitment campaigns<\/strong>. Employers save time<\/strong> and money<\/strong> and can even record interviews for other co-workers to watch. In addition, documents<\/strong> and files can be exchanged<\/strong> in real time<\/strong>. Here are seven easy steps to prepare for your Skype <\/strong>interview<\/p>\n

1. Username and photo<\/h2>\n

Your Skype username<\/strong> as well as your photo<\/strong> should look professional<\/strong>.
