With clear and exact terms still <strong>undefined<\/strong> for the exit of the European Union,<strong> investors are uncertain and reluctant to commit<\/strong>, inflation has spiked, and the job market could continue in an <strong>unstable<\/strong> state for months or years yet.<\/p>\n<h2>Pay<\/h2>\n<p>Unemployment currently at its record <strong>lowest<\/strong> for decades, at around 4.3%, however\u00a0<strong>workers are the worst off they have been<\/strong>\u00a0for years, when adjusting for inflation.
