Workindenmark is a company operating under the Ministry of Employment; our services are <strong>free of charge<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3>Describe the services Workindenmark offers<\/h3>\n<p>Workindenmark is a <strong>public employment service<\/strong> for highly qualified international candidates looking for a job in Denmark, and Danish companies searching for <strong>talented foreign<\/strong> employees. Our three Workindenmark centres are located in Copenhagen, Aarhus and Odense and offer a series of recruitment services to employers and<strong> information and guidance<\/strong> to jobseekers living and working in Denmark. In addition, the website provides both job seekers and employers with the information, advice and tools to bring together Danish employers and foreign candidates.<\/p>\n<h3>Workindenmark was created by the Danish employment authorities, what was their aim in launching this service?<\/h3>\n<p>The vision of Workindenmark is to support the creation of a <strong>balanced labour market<\/strong> in Denmark. Our mission is to support Danish companies in finding highly qualified foreign candidates and to help <strong>foreign job seekers<\/strong> in finding work and establish a <strong>working life in Denmark<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>We do this by assisting Danish companies in <strong>recruiting highly qualified<\/strong> candidates, aiding highly qualified jobseekers in finding a job in Denmark, providing <strong>assistance for approaching<\/strong> the Danish authorities (International Citizen Service) and providing information and guidance about living and<strong> working conditions<\/strong> in Denmark.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.jobboardfinder.com\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/DenmarkFlagPicture1.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" style=\"background-image: none; float: none; padding-top: 0px; padding-left: 0px; margin-left: auto; display: block; padding-right: 0px; margin-right: auto; border: 0px;\" title=\"DenmarkFlagPicture1\" src=\"https:\/\/www.jobboardfinder.com\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/DenmarkFlagPicture1_thumb.png\" alt=\"DenmarkFlagPicture1\" width=\"376\" height=\"245\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><b><\/b><\/p>\n<h3>What are some of the major challenges your service will face in the coming years?<\/h3>\n<p>Our major challenges in the coming years will be to <strong>compete with other countries<\/strong> in terms of attracting highly skilled professionals to Denmark and to our service. Our website offers information for internationals aspiring to live and work in Denmark, which we feel will help <strong>attract potential employers<\/strong> to make the <strong>transition<\/strong> to migrate.<\/p>\n<h3>What are the specific features of your job search engine that make it different from your competitors and why?<\/h3>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.workindenmark.dk\/\">Workindenmark.dk<\/a> uses a <strong>crawling technology<\/strong> to find, expose and promote job postings on Danish websites, which are written in English.
