We like to focus on attracting quality applicants for our advertisers. As such we insist on a candidate registration process that goes beyond simple capture of contact details and CV upload. Instead we invite candidates to share more of their professional qualifications, experience and credentials upon registration so that we can provide employers with more of a targeted initial overview of their suitability for the role.

Candidates want life made easier by being able to find links to available job vacancies all in one place and employers want life made easier when it comes to posting jobs to multiple platforms and keeping incoming applicants accessible from one place.\u00a0 As such job boards have to be able to be prepared to adapt and meet with such requirements.
\nBut more importantly, because of the above and ever mushrooming numbers of online\u00a0 competitors we have to strive for quality, ease of use and ways of continually differentiating ourselves from other recruitment providers.<\/p>\n
