2. <\/b>The company publishes a job add.<\/b><\/b><\/p>\n

3. Jobseekers are requested to fill an online profile.<\/b> This is one of Ezbeez innovations: the traditional CV is relaced with a skills graph. The idea is to emphasize practical experience rather than long studies. According to Ugo Loustalet, the traditional CV is often to theoretical and does not describe well the person actual skills.<\/p>\n

4. <\/b>Ezbeet algorithm matches the right company with the right candidates.<\/b><\/p>\n

5. <\/b>Candidates receive the job offer selection and can apply through a \u201cmotivation tweet\u201d. <\/b>Made of 140 characters only, this replaces the traditional motivation letter.<\/b><\/p>\n

6. <\/b>The company receives the answers from the shortlisted candidates and choses the right one.<\/b><\/p>\n

7. <\/b>The application generates a work contract<\/b> and takes care of the related administrative tasks.<\/b><\/p>\n

8. <\/b>Ezbeez takes care of paying the employee, editing the payslip and calculating the employer taxes.<\/b><\/p>\n
