In just a few weeks, it unleashed\u00a0two new\u00a0advanced recruiting tools to help employers\u00a0benefit from the huge possibilities offered by social networks in their recruitment processes.<\/p>\n<div id=\"node-6425\" class=\"node odd full-node node-type-press_release\">\n<div class=\"content\">\n<h2><strong>Monster Social\u00a0Ads<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>While other job boards are still trying to\u00a0attract\u00a0job seekers\u00a0on their websites, Monster now pushes its\u00a0job listings\u00a0directly to potential candidates&#8217; social networks, using\u00a0Twitter\u2019s Ads API.<\/p>\n<p>This new function is available on beta since\u00a0November 6th, with a number of U.S. companies, including Blue Shield of California, Citizens Financial, eBay, Geico, ManpowerGroup, T-Mobile and UPS.\u00a0Monster has taken advantage of its\u00a0recognition\u00a0as a Twitter Ads API Marketing Platform Partner to\u00a0develop this brand new advertising solution. Twitter users are carefully selected using\u00a0data analytics in order to identify talents and to advertise the right ads to them.<\/p>\n<p>Customers can sign up now for full commercial availability in Q1 2015.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>TalentBin: the social CV database<\/strong><\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>But the most advanced\u00a0tool is certainly the one called &#8220;TalentBin&#8221;.\u00a0This startup has been acquired by Monster Worldwide on February 2014, and defines itself as a &#8220;talent search engine&#8221;. This tool allows recruiters to browse a pool of IT talents, built up by scanning\u00a0social networks such as\u00a0Facebook, LinkedIn, Meetup and Twitter. Unlike a classic CV database, TalentBin does not need the consent of the candidates to store their information. Details are put together to create very detailed profiles, from which employers can find specific people meeting certain kind of criteria.<\/p>\n<p>Since acquiring TalentBin, Monster\u2019s investment in the social recruiting platform has focused on expanding data aggregation and consumption capacity \u2013 enabling it to collect more data sources with immediacy and extend to other professional verticals outside of technical recruiting. Monster is also prioritizing recruiter efficiency and automation tooling.<\/p>\n<p>Already available in North America, Monster launched this new tool\u00a0in European countries a few days ago.
